Are the candidate you send qualified ?: We conduct interviews, check referrals, licenses, and do background checks on each and every service provider. Only those professionals who pass our strict onboarding process are allowed to work with OnlineHomeServices. All professionals are also required to complete an assessment test to verify their qualifications.
What happens if the service provider damages anything : All of our service providers have passed through a vigorous assessment and certification process. What happens if the service provider does not arrive on time :We immediately arrange for a replacement and schedule a time convenient to you to do the job or register a cancellation of the service requested.

Can i Place a service request without registering on your site: While we highly recommend you register with us first, you could place a service request on our app/site without registering with us. You do not have to worry about unnecessary calls or messages from us. We have a strict policy against that practice.
Check order and appointments : You need to ensure that you’ve signed in with your email id that was used to place the orders to see them in the app. All orders that you place with us are tied to the email that you provide against the order.
You can now opt to pay using online payment options: including credit card, debit card and netbanking. We however, would highly recommend the wallet mode of payment. As always, you could choose to pay us by cash after the service.
Payment online after service:We do not support this currently. However, we plan to support this shortly in the weeks to come.

General Registration Requirement: In consideration of using our platforms, you represent that you are of legal age (18 years and above) to form a binding contract and is not a person barred from receiving services under any law in force in India or any other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registering on our OnlineHomeServices Website/App to avail the services. Kindly update and maintain your registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is incorrect, then we reserve the right to suspend, terminate or block your account and refuse any/all the current or future use of our Website/App at any time. Please note that OnlineHomeServices will not be liable for any act or omission arising from the inaccurate information provided by you to us. You may access our Website/App as available, for your information and personal use; as intended through the normal functionality of OnlineHomeServices. Kindly enter valid phone number while registering on our Website/App as a subscriber. By registering your contact detail with us, you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any Subscription/Service updates. However, if we do so, then you will be provided an option to ‘Opt-Out’ of receiving any future communications. In addition, if at any time you wish to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing list, then we request you to please contact us as indicated below. If you are registered with the DND National registry, then you may not receive any promotional messages from us.
User Information: OnlineHomeServices is a unique business model, which provided you with location based service providers in a short span of time. To facilitate this, you hereby authorize OnlineHomeServices to use the location based information provided by your telecommunication operator while you use your phone to make a booking. This information will be used only to facilitate and improve services for you. If you use our Website/App, through your mobile telecommunication device may be communicated to us, and we may obtain information about your mobile career, your mobile device, or your physical location. By accessing the OnlineHomeServices app or website using a mobile telecommunication device, you represent that to the extent you import any of your OnlineHomeServices data to your mobile telecommunication device that you have authority to share the transferred data with your mobile carrier or other access provider. In case you deactivate your mobile account, you must promptly update your OnlineHomeServices account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person who may acquire your old number. Failure to do so is your responsibility. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all the charges and necessary permissions related to accessing the OnlineHomeServices app through your mobile access provider. Therefore, you should check with your provider to find out if our Website/App are available and the terms for these services for your specific mobile devices.
OnlineHomeServices reserves the right to collect user data including name, contact information and other necessary details to facilitate the services or use of its OnlineHomeServices App to avail our services. Compilation of user accounts and user accounts bearing contact number and e-mail addresses are owned by OnlineHomeServices. In case, the system is unable to establish unique identity of the user against a valid mobile number or e-mail address, the account shall be suspended. OnlineHomeServices reserves the full discretion to suspend a user’s account in the lieu of above mentioned event and does not have the liability to share any account information whatsoever. However, we may record your telephonic calls for quality purposes.
Termination or Suspension: Kindly be informed that by following our terms, you agree that OnlineHomeServices may at any time, terminate your access to our Website/App or restrict/suspend your access to all or any part of the Website or the App at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. Hence, OnlineHomeServices shall be entitled to terminate the booking of your services done by you, in case of any discrepancy.
Compliance with Applicable Law: You agree that you shall not use OnlineHomeServices Website/App in order to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, distribute, share, store, or destroy material, including without limitation OnlineHomeServices content in violation of any applicable law or regulation, in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, that belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to, that is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of other’s privacy. Any kind of threatening, abusive or hateful or racially, ethically objectionable, disparaging, relating encouraging money laundering or gambling or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever, harm minors in any way, deceived or misleads the addressee about the origin of such message or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature, impersonate another person or entity, contains software viruses or any other computer coding, files or programs designed to interrupt,
With whom your Personal Information is shared: When you order services through us, we must provide some of your personal information to the third party or vendors to enable the successful fulfilment of your service.
